Responsibilities:**
* Own and manage the **post-selection pipeline**, ensuring every candidate is smoothly transitioned into the organization.
* Assist in all **pre-onboarding tasks**: documentation, system onboarding, welcome emails, and Day 1 readiness.
* Coordinate with **IT, Admin, and People Services** to ensure assets, tools, and access are provisioned on time.
* Serve as the single point of contact for new joiners, guiding them through the onboarding process.
* Collaborate with business teams to **schedule post-selection connects** and team introductions.
* Monitor onboarding pipeline health and **raise timely flags** if leakages, delays, or drop-offs are detected.
* Champion a **positive joiner experience**, ensuring clear communication, support, and engagement from offer acceptance to onboarding completion.
Qualification:
* Pursuing or recently completed a degree in **Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field**.
Skills
* Strong organizational and coordination skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
* Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
* Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
* Familiarity with onboarding workflows or HR tools (e.g., HRMS, ATS) is a plus.
