Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role located in Hyderabad. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for guiding clients through the immigration and visa process, providing tailored consultations, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, delivering personalized solutions, maintaining positive client relationships, and offering prompt and professional assistance to address any concerns. Active participation in sales initiatives and achieving predefined goals will also be key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales Consulting and Consulting, with a proven ability to understand client needs and provide strategic solutions.
  • Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with diverse clientele and ensure a positive client experience.
  • Focus on Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to build rapport quickly and address customer concerns effectively.
  • Relevant experience in sales or consulting roles is highly desirable.
  • A proactive and goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages or prior experience in the immigration or career consulting industry is a plus.
