Key Responsibilities:

1.Monitor and manage activities on the floor to ensure operational efficiency.

2.Coordinate communication between staff, management, and other departments.

3.Assist in scheduling and directing team members to meet business needs.

4.Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality controls.

5.Handle customer or client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

6.Organize resources and materials needed on the floor.

7.Support training and onboarding of new floor staff.

8.Maintain accurate records and reports related to floor activities.

9.Address any disruptions or emergencies quickly to minimize impact.
