Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Manager with Hospital experience and NABH PROTOCOLS, an Accounts Manager, and a Floor Coordinator and Manager at P.D. Hinduja Sindhi Hospital in Bengaluru. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing human resources activities, the Accounts Manager will handle financial operations, and the Floor Coordinator and Manager will manage daily operations and staff on the floor.

  • Analytical Skills, Project Management, and Communication skills
  • Customer Service and Customer Experience skills
  • Experience in healthcare management is a plus
  • Knowledge of NABH Protocols
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
