Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and execute a long-term growth strategy to expand VVRLs revenue from INR 100 Crore to INR 1000 Crore.
  • Leverage the company's 30+ years of experience to enhance its competitive positioning and market share.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities, including international expansion and product innovation.

Operational Management:

  • Oversee the company's operations, ensuring the highest standards of efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and customer service.
  • Implement innovative practices that build on VVRL's legacy while preparing the organization for future challenges.

Financial Management:

  • Manage the company's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Optimize capital structure and manage relationships with financial institutions, investors, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure robust financial controls and risk management practices are in place, aligning with VVRL's long-standing reputation for stability.

Team Leadership:

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing executive team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Drive talent acquisition and retention strategies to attract and retain top industry talent, building on the company's established workforce.
  • Encourage a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Represent the company to key stakeholders, including shareholders, customers, suppliers, and industry bodies.
  • Maintain transparent and effective communication with the Board of Directors, leveraging their expertise and insights.
  • Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key industry players, government bodies, and local communities in Bhilai and beyond.

Compliance and Governance:

  • Ensure that the company complies with all legal, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements.
