Role: Project Coordinator

We are looking for Qualified Project Coordinator to manage our team and existing clients. You will be responsible for managing, supervising and motivating team members on daily basis.

As a
Project Coordinator
you will be the contact point for all team members, so your communication skills should be excellent. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.

Responsibilities:

· Excellent verbal/written English Communication with client and internal team.

· Should be having experience with managing multiple projects simultaneously.

· Excellent project management and team management skills.

· Should be able to work under pressure and motivate team to get expected output.

· Ready to learn new concepts / technology.

· Ability to manage good relationship with client.

· Technical expertise and knowledge on range of web technologies.

· Good Interpersonal skill.

· Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

· Understands all the quality factors for project deliverables.

· Ready to work with Management and seniors for the entire technical and non-technical department.

· Excellent project estimation skills.

· Should be able to manage the team and provide all the training and documents.

· Good presentation skill.

· Ready to prepare project plan and execution based on plan.

· Should prepare required documents.

· Ready to face new client daily basis.

Technical Skills/Qualification:

· Has proven working experience of more than 3+ year in the IT industry as Team Leader / Project Manager.

· Experience in Full Stack technologies, MERN Stack

· Extremely Fluent in PHP and PHP Frameworks and CMS platforms.

· Extremely fluent in REST/SOAP APIs with JSON/XML.

· Excellent debugging skill; able to debug complex technical issues involving multiple system components working with developers.

· Excellent research capability for new technologies.

· Exposure of Mobile projects and added advantage.
