About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with a Diploma/BE in Electrical to oversee and coordinate home automation/electrical installation projects. The role involves ensuring devices and wiring are installed as per drawings, supervising on-site work, and maintaining smooth communication with clients, vendors, and the internal team.

Key Responsibilities:

-Coordinate and monitor execution of electrical/home automation projects at client sites.

-Verify device readiness, wiring, and installations against approved drawings and reference pictures.

-Supervise technicians/installation teams to ensure quality and timely completion.

-Handle on-site issues with a calm and professional approach.

-Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams regarding project updates and requirements.

-Maintain project documentation, checklists, and daily progress reports.

-Support procurement team in ensuring required materials are available on time.

-Ensure adherence to safety standards and company quality guidelines.

Requirements:

-Diploma / BE in Electrical Engineering (freshers and experienced both can apply).

-Strong coordination and organizational skills.

-Professional communication with a cool and calm attitude.

-Ability to handle different situations and resolve on-site issues.

-Willingness to travel to project sites within and around Ahmedabad.

-Knowledge of electrical wiring, drawings, and basic troubleshooting is an advantage.
