Trainer should be well versed in the below topics to be trained.

  • Minimum 2 years of practical experience using Microsoft Office applications in a professional environment.

  • Core Tools Expertise
  • Microsoft Word: Advanced formatting, styles, templates, mail merge, collaboration tools.
  • Microsoft Excel: Functions and formulas, conditional formatting, charts, pivot tables, data validation.
  • Microsoft PowerPoint: Professional presentations, animations, slide master, embedded media, transitions.
  • Familiarity with OneDrive, Outlook, and Teams for collaboration and productivity.

  • Productivity Skills

  • Efficient use of keyboard shortcuts, templates, and task automation.
  • Managing large documents, datasets, and presentations efficiently.
  • Preparing reports, documents, and presentations that meet business and branding standards.

  • Workflow Integration

  • Linking Office apps (e.g., embedding Excel charts in PowerPoint).
  • Using cloud storage and real-time collaboration in Microsoft 365.

  • Document Management

  • Version control, tracking changes, comments, and document security.
  • Working with PDFs, document exports, and printing best practices.

  • Added Advantage

  • Basic knowledge of Macros or Excel VBA.
  • Experience with data analysis or dashboarding using Excel.
  • Understanding of accessibility features and formatting for diverse users.
