Job Summary
The Receptionist will manage the front desk operations, handle incoming calls, greet visitors, and provide administrative support across the organization. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly.
- Manual attendance maintenance.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, letters).
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling.
- Coordinate with internal departments for visitor requirements and meeting arrangements.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory related to the reception area.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes if required.
- Ensure security by following office procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
Requirement:
- Education: Bechelor's preferred.
- Experience: 0–1 years in a similar role (Freshers can also apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Presentable and professional attitude.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹9, ₹10,000.00 per month
