Position Overview
UltramarX International is seeking a
Social Media & Performance Marketing Executive
who can plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms while managing digital presence for our company.

The ideal candidate is someone who doesn't just post content — but understands analytics, ad performance metrics, audience targeting, and ROI optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Performance Marketing & Ad Optimization

  • Plan, execute, and manage
    paid advertising campaigns
    across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct audience research and build optimized targeting strategies to improve lead generation and conversions.
  • Monitor ad performance metrics — CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS — and continuously optimize to reduce cost per acquisition (CPA).
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copy, and landing pages to identify winning combinations.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Coordinate with management to align campaigns with business objectives.

2. Social Media Management

  • Manage brand pages on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Develop content calendars and ensure consistent posting with measurable engagement growth.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-performing visuals and marketing copies.
  • Use analytics to track engagement, reach, and conversion from organic channels.

3. Website & SEO

  • Update and maintain websites (WordPress or similar).
  • Implement on-page SEO best practices (keywords, meta titles, descriptions).
  • Monitor traffic sources using Google Analytics and Search Console to identify growth opportunities.

4. Content Strategy & Copywriting

  • Write ad copies, social media captions, and promotional emails aligned with brand messaging.
  • Brainstorm creative campaign ideas for both domestic and export markets.
  • Generate campaign concepts that drive measurable action — leads, inquiries, or sales.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or paid media advertising.
  • Hands-on experience managing ad budgets and optimizing campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, or LinkedIn.
  • Familiar with performance metrics and tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Ads Manager.
  • Strong English communication and copywriting skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and take fast corrective action.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and WordPress is an added advantage.
