Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support our administrative and operational functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, handling documentation, assisting in data entry and reporting, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams. This role requires excellent organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office tools, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Maintain and organize office records, files, and documentation.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively between various departments to ensure workflow continuity.
  • Assist in preparing reports, handling data entry tasks, and updating internal databases.

  • Ensure timely completion of assigned administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy.
