
Office Administrator

We specialize in the design, construction, and maintenance of residential and commercial pools, dedicated to delivering excellence and customer satisfaction. We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Administrator to join our dynamic team and help us manage our day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks and manage financial records.
- Handle client inquiries and provide excellent customer service via phone and email.
- Maintain and update company databases and records.
- Coordinate schedules and appointments.
- Provide administrative support to the management team.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1+ year of experience in an administrative or office management role is preferred, but motivated freshers with a strong work ethic are also encouraged to apply.
- Education: Any degree from a recognized university.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Other: This position is open to male candidates.
