We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Administrator to join our dynamic team and help us manage our day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office operations, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks and manage financial records.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide excellent customer service via phone and email.
  • Maintain and update company databases and records.
  • Coordinate schedules and appointments.
  • Provide administrative support to the management team.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1+ year of experience in an administrative or office management role is preferred, but motivated freshers with a strong work ethic are also encouraged to apply.
  • Education: Any degree from a recognized university.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
