JD:

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to bridge business needs and technical delivery. The role involves leading requirement gathering, documentation, and analysis while coordinating with SMEs, development, QA, and third-party partners to ensure seamless delivery of product enhancements and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements (BRDs, FSDs, User Stories).

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage sprints, backlogs, and releases in Azure DevOps (or similar tools).

  • Coordinate with internal and external teams for API integrations and system enhancements.

  • Define and support UAT—including test planning, execution, and validation.

  • Act as the central point of contact between business, technical, and vendor teams.

  • Manage product backlog, recommend process improvements, and maintain documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.

  • 4–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst / BSA in IT or software environments.

  • Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies and tools (Azure DevOps, Jira).

  • Proven ability to document requirements, define acceptance criteria and create test cases.

  • Experience with UAT, stakeholder management, and API/system integrations.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with CRM, financial, or compliance-based systems.

  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, data flows, and QA/test management tools.

  • Certifications such as CBAP, CSPO, or Agile/Scrum credentials.
