About WONDRBOX:
WONDRBOX creates innovative activity kits and learning solutions designed for kids aged 3-12. Our mission is to make learning hands-on, screen-free, and joyful for young learners.
Role Overview:
We're looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager who can build strong relationships with schools, generate leads, and grow our educational partnerships. The ideal candidate is proactive, confident, and comfortable with outreach and communication across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Approach and onboard preschools and schools for WONDRBOX kits and programs
- Conduct cold calling and follow-ups with potential leads
- Manage WhatsApp marketing campaigns and customer engagement
- Handle social media pages and promote WONDRBOX products online
- Coordinate meetings, demos, and presentations with school decision-makers
- Maintain and update client databases and sales reports
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience dealing with schools or the education sector is preferred
- Comfortable with telecalling, WhatsApp, and social media marketing
- Goal-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated
- Basic computer and CRM skills
