HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, and onboarding
candidates.
Handle payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.
Maintain PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance records accurately.
Oversee employee joining formalities and induction programs.
Manage attendance, leave records, and manpower handling efficiently.
Conduct and track employee performance evaluations.
Support management in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality.
Required Skills:
Expertise in Payroll, PF, ESI, Recruitment, and HR Documentation
Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office and HR software tools
