We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead new product

development initiatives within the finance and EV sectors. This pivotal role involves

designing innovative financial solutions, managing product launches, and developing

strategies that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Linkages:

  • Assess market size and potential, identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Support operationalization of MOUs with OEMs through detailed reviews.
  • Provide assistance with channel and partner management to scale operations.

Customer Management:

  • Drive customer retention initiatives and identify opportunities for scaling relationships.

New Product Development:

  • Lead the ideation, development, and launch of new financial products aligned with company goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive dynamics.
  • Collaborate with other teams including sales teams to bring products to market.
  • Develop product roadmaps, specifications, and business cases to guide development.

Sales and Lead Management:

  • Develop and optimize sales processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Product Training:

  • Create and deliver training programs for internal teams and external partners.
  • Prepare training materials, user guides, and documentation to support product launches.
  • Ensure stakeholders understand product features, benefits, and proper usage.

New Scheme Development:

  • Design and implement innovative financial schemes to attract and retain customers.
  • Analyze performance metrics of new schemes and optimize them to achieve desired outcomes.

Industry Expertise:

  • Leverage deep knowledge of the finance and EV sectors to shape product strategies.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and advancements to maintain competitiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in product management, particularly in financial products or the CV industry.
  • Proven success in launching and managing financial products.
  • Strong understanding of the finance and EV markets, including regulatory requirements and market dynamics.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Experience conducting market research, developing business cases, and

creating product roadmaps.
