Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, providing product/service information, maintaining customer records, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company products or services.
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
  • Explain products or services clearly and answer customer questions.
  • Maintain and update the customer database with accurate details.
  • Follow up with interested leads to convert them into potential customers.
  • Maintain call logs, sales records, and reports for management review.
  • Achieve weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
  • Resolve customer complaints or escalate them to the concerned department when necessary.
  • Maintain good customer relations and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum qualification: 10+2 or any Graduate.
  • Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or similar role (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (in English, Hindi, and regional language if required).
  • Good listening skills and ability to handle rejection professionally.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, or lead management tools).
  • Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
