Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele caller, located in Bengaluru. The Tele caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective students, providing them with course information, addressing their queries, and encouraging them to enroll. Additional tasks include maintaining a detailed database of the calls and follow-ups, generating leads, and achieving monthly targets. The role also requires collaboration with the admissions team and participation in various promotional activities.

Qualifications

  • Effective Communication skills and a polite telephone manner
  • Customer Service and Sales skills to attract and enroll students
  • Basic Computer skills for database management and call logging
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in telecalling or customer service roles is beneficial
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
