Role Overview

The Solutions Head – L&D will lead the design and delivery of strategic, customized learning solutions for large global clients. The role requires deep L&D expertise, consulting experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Solutions team to design end-to-end, industry-relevant L&D solutions for global enterprise clients.
  • Create custom learning frameworks using leading L&D models and methodologies to drive measurable business impact.
  • Develop client-specific POVs by assessing current L&D processes, industry trends, and organizational needs.
  • Define clear L&D process workflows aligned with best practices, benchmarks, and emerging technologies.
  • Act as L&D Subject Matter Expert during sales cycles, client presentations, and due diligence engagements.
  • Stay updated on L&D delivery platforms and MOOC ecosystems to identify competitive advantages.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to strengthen solution positioning.
  • Recommend key HR and business metrics, analytics dashboards, and reporting structures to track learning impact.
  • Partner with Solutions and Transformation teams to create and deploy new or custom tech-enabled learning solutions.
