We are hiring a Product Manager to join our Global Stocks and Securities (GSS) product team. You will translate strategic direction into tangible product outcomes. Your primary responsibility is executing product initiatives within the US Stocks and derivatives domain, ensuring seamless operational excellence, timely deliveries, and enhanced user experiences. The Core Responsibilities For The Job Include The Following
Product Delivery and Execution (US Stocks and Derivatives):

  • Manage detailed execution of roadmap items specifically around U. S. stocks, ETFs, leverage trading, and derivative products.
  • Clearly translate high-level strategies into actionable user stories and detailed product requirements, ensuring timely and quality execution across initiatives.
  • Manage and translate product backlogs into efficient sprints, applying agile methodologies and best Scrum practices.

Project Coordination And Operational Management

  • Facilitate and oversee execution-level coordination across engineering, design, QA, compliance, and operational teams for GSS products.
  • Regularly track and report project statuses, proactively manage execution risks, and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout product implementation.

User Journey Enhancement And Optimization

  • Implement UX/UI improvements informed by user feedback, funnel analytics, and market research, driving higher user engagement, retention, and conversion within the US stocks and derivatives trading ecosystem.
  • Work closely with UX/UI teams to execute user experience enhancements that drive product adoption and retention.

Data-Driven Optimization And Experimentation

  • Execute structured experimentation (e. g., A/B tests), analyze user data, and use insights to iteratively improve product features and optimize conversion funnels.
  • Regularly evaluate product performance through user behavior analysis, benchmarking against industry standards, and proactively recommending improvements.

Ownership And Continuous Improvement

  • Take complete ownership of execution-focused responsibilities within your product domain, ensuring operational excellence and high-quality outcomes.
  • Continuously seek and implement operational improvements, streamlining product processes, and optimizing efficiency to enhance product delivery effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in product management or related roles, ideally within fintech, brokerage platforms, or financial technology domains.
  • Basic understanding of investments and trading products with a keen focus on expanding industry knowledge and customer needs.

  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills with the ability to manage detailed operational workflows.
  • Proficient analytical capabilities to support data-driven experimentation and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for managing cross-functional stakeholder expectations and effective task execution.
