Key Responsibilities: (Hotel industry)

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records.
  • Handle day-to-day accounting operations including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger entries.
  • Reconcile bank statements, vendor payments, and revenue reports.
  • Prepare and assist in monthly financial statements, P&L accounts, and balance sheets.
  • Coordinate with the front office, F&B, and purchase departments for revenue and expense validation.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, statutory requirements, and hotel accounting standards.
  • Support audits, GST filings, and other regulatory submissions.
  • Monitor cost controls and assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in hotel or hospitality accounting.
  • Proficiency in hotel accounting software (e.g., IDS, Tally, or similar).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Salary: Commensurate with experience and industry standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹450, ₹550,000.00 per year
