What You'll

  • To lead and manage end-to-end delivery of multiple IT projects ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
  • To bridge communication between clients, developers, designers, and stakeholders for smooth project coordination.
  • To plan, monitor, and control project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. To identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies for successful delivery.
  • To enhance team performance through structured processes, collaboration, and accountability.
  • To continuously improve project management practices for greater efficiency and client satisfaction.

What We're Looking

  • 3–5 years of experience in managing IT projects, ensuring on-time and quality delivery.
  • At least 1 year of experience leading cross-functional teams or managing project teams.
  • Strong project planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools and methodologies (Agile/Scrum preferred).
  • Experience in software development, SaaS, or IT services domain is a plus.
