Job Summary:

We are seeking a target-driven and persuasive Senior Admission Counsellor to join our dynamic admissions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, cold calling prospective students, counselling them about online undergraduate and postgraduate programs, and converting them into enrolled students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out to potential leads via cold calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
  • Counsel students on available UG and PG programs based on their academic/professional background and career aspirations.
  • Explain program details, admission procedures, fee structure, and benefits.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions through effective sales techniques.
  • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales and enrolment targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily calls, follow-ups, and student status in the CRM.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, academics) for smooth onboarding.
  • Mentor and support junior counsellors when required.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
  • Fresher or experience in sales/admissions, preferably in edtech or higher education.
  • Proven experience in cold calling and counselling.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to thrive in a target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
