As an Academic Counselor at Brishti Technologies Pvt Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in guiding students towards achieving their academic and career goals. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive counseling services, assisting students in making informed decisions, and ensuring their success throughout their academic journey.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Student Counseling**: Provide individualized counseling sessions to students to understand their academic aspirations, interests, and challenges.
- **Course Guidance**: Assist students in selecting appropriate courses and educational programs based on their interests, skills, and career objectives.
- **Career Planning**: Offer career guidance and advice to students regarding job prospects, industry trends, and skill development opportunities.
- **Academic Support**: Collaborate with academic teams to identify students who may need additional support or intervention and develop strategies to address their academic needs.
- **Retention Initiatives**: Implement retention strategies to ensure student satisfaction, engagement, and retention rates are maintained at high levels.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate records of student interactions, counseling sessions, and progress reports using the company's database systems.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in academic counseling or student support services, preferably in an educational institution or similar environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with students.
- Knowledge of academic programs, admission procedures, and career development resources.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with educational technology platforms and tools is a plus.
