Job Description-The Electrical Engineer is responsible for planning, designing, installing, and maintaining electrical systems and equipment to ensure operational efficiency. The role involves project execution, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all electrical and control systems in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain electrical control systems and equipment.
  • Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for projects.
  • Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical panels and machinery.
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company procedures.
  • Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance of electrical systems.
  • Manage energy utilization and suggest power-saving initiatives.
  • Coordinate with other departments for smooth project and production operations.
  • Handle AC/DC systems, PLCs, VFDs, motors, and transformers.
  • Support and train technicians and junior electricians.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
  • 3–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, projects, or industrial automation.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and electrical drawing interpretation.
  • Knowledge of PLCs, drives, switchgear, and power distribution systems.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good leadership, communication, and documentation abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
