Job Summary:

The Electrical and Plumbing Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, executing, and maintaining all electrical and plumbing systems for residential and commercial construction projects. The role involves coordinating with architects, civil engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works are completed as per design, standards, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:Electrical Works:

  • Prepare, review, and implement electrical designs, layouts, and load calculations.
  • Supervise installation of electrical systems — wiring, lighting, panels, transformers, and power distribution.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and project specifications.
  • Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for material procurement and timely execution.
  • Conduct testing and commissioning of electrical systems.
  • Monitor preventive maintenance schedules and troubleshoot electrical issues.

Plumbing Works:

  • Design and supervise water supply, drainage, and sanitation systems.
  • Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and material specifications for plumbing works.
  • Inspect installation of pipelines, pumps, valves, and fittings to ensure quality standards.
  • Ensure proper connection and functioning of STP, WTP, and rainwater harvesting systems.
  • Address and resolve plumbing-related site issues promptly.
  • Conduct pressure tests, leak detection, and ensure system efficiency.

Coordination & Documentation:

  • Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and other departments for MEP integration.
  • Review and approve shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical submittals.
  • Maintain daily progress reports and ensure adherence to project timelines.
  • Ensure safety protocols and regulatory compliance at all stages.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
