  • You'll plan and maintain a healthy talent pool — balancing experienced professionals with fresh trainees.
  • You'll define clear KPIs and on-job training plans for every new hire.
  • You'll track performance during probation, help identify long-term fits, and be part of building the next generation of our team.
  • You'll take ownership of orientation, culture, and internal growth — the things that make people love coming to work every day.

What We're Looking For:

  • You have prior experience in hiring and managing teams (preferably in a creative or service-based setup).
  • Bachelor's or Master's in HR or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment and HR operations (agency experience preferred).
  • You're great with people — approachable, clear in communication, and emotionally intelligent.
  • You can manage both the tactical (planning, tracking, KPAs) and the human side (conversations, motivation, feedback).
  • You believe HR is not just admin — it's people strategy.
