A Human Resource (HR) Trainee is an entry-level position primarily focused on supporting the HR department with various functions such as recruitment, employee onboarding, record-keeping, and assisting with HR policies and employee relations. The role involves learning and gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of HR operations to prepare for more senior duties in the future.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment activities like posting job ads, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding of new hires.
  • Support employee orientation and introduction to the workplace.
  • Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and handle routine HR documentation.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee evaluation processes.
  • Conduct basic research on market salaries and support payroll processing.
  • Provide administrative support including coordinating training sessions and employee engagement activities.
  • Liaise with different departments on HR-related issues and escalate to senior staff as needed.
  • Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and benefits.
  • Participate in job fairs, recruitment events, and other HR projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹19, ₹30,543.53 per month
