Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented
HR Executive

to manage and streamline our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and ensuring the company's HR processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage
    end-to-end recruitment

(sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding).

  • Maintain HR records, employee files, and HR documentation.

  • Administer payroll, attendance, and performance management systems.

  • Plan and execute employee engagement and retention initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

  • Support management with workforce planning and training coordination.

  • Foster a positive and collaborative work culture.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Human Resources, Business Administration

, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and labor laws.

  • Experience with
    HRMS or ERP tools

preferred.

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic SaaS business environment.
