About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing tests, debugging, and defining corrective actions. You will play a vital role in ensuring the quality of our products before they reach our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute manual and automated test cases to ensure product quality.
  • Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
  • Identify, record, and thoroughly document bugs.
  • Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent project execution.
  • Participate in the design and development of test strategies and frameworks.
  • Monitor debugging process results and report performance issues.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a QA tester or similar role.
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing.
  • Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
  • Experience with QA tools such as Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, Postman, or similar.
  • Working knowledge of scripting or programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools like Jenkins or GitLab.
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and backend systems testing.
  • Experience in performance or security testing is a plus.
  • ISTQB or equivalent certification.
