We are currently seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to join our team in Pune, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).

We are currently seeking a Salesforce Developer — Experience Cloud with hands-on experience in , Experience Cloud customization, and conversational automation using Einstein Bots( Nice to have). The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in Salesforce development with a deep understanding of Partner Portal architecture, permissions, and user experience within Experience Cloud. 

Client's Business Problem to Solve 

The client aims to enhance and streamline their sales and partner engagement ecosystem by: 

Strengthening Experience Cloud and Partner Portal security, including permissions, OWD, and sharing configurations for differentiated partner roles. 

Enhancing overall sales and partner collaboration through automation, guided experiences, and unified visibility across quoting and fulfillment processes. 

Position's General Duties and Tasks 

In this role, you will be responsible for: 

Collaborating with Solution Architects and Business Analysts to design and implement Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements and best practices. 

Implementing and managing Experience Cloud Partner Portals, including role-based access, sharing models, external user setup, and secure data visibility. 

Designing and developing Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows to extend platform functionality. 

Supporting SIT/UAT activities, debugging issues, and optimizing performance across environments. 

Following DevOps and CI/CD best practices for code versioning, review, and deployment, ensuring consistent and high-quality releases. 

Requirements for this Role Include 

8+ years of Salesforce development experience, with strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows. 

Hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ configuration and troubleshooting, including pricing, discounting, and quote management. 

Proven expertise with Experience Cloud and Partner Portals, including permissions, OWD (Organization-Wide Defaults), sharing configurations, and external user security models. 

Experience implementing Einstein Bots for conversational automation, case deflection, and guided user workflows. 

Preferred Skills – Optional (Nice-to-Haves) 

Knowledge of VAT and shipping data elements, including disclaimers and compliance rules. 

Understanding of export and shipment restriction policies to ensure compliance with global trade regulations. 

Familiarity with Partner Portal UI/UX design, external account hierarchies, and multi-level partner role structures. 

Experience integrating Salesforce with SAP, MuleSoft, or middleware platforms for data synchronization and order processing. 

Exposure to Salesforce Flow Orchestration, asynchronous Apex patterns (Batch, Queueable), and platform performance tuning. 

Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, CPQ Specialist, or Experience Cloud Consultant.
