Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Salesforce Technical Lead to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce development, architecture, and integration, along with a proven track record in leading technical teams.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives while ensuring technical excellence and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, ensuring best practices in design, coding, and deployment.
  • Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Architect and oversee complex Salesforce integrations, leveraging APIs, middleware, and web services.
  • Drive data migration projects, ensuring data integrity, security, and efficient transformation processes.
  • Develop and enforce coding standards, governance, and technical documentation across the Salesforce team.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and architects to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Implement and optimize Salesforce automation including workflows, process builder, flows, triggers, and custom objects.
  • Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and resolve complex development challenges.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and emerging technologies, ensuring the organization leverages best-in-class solutions.

Key Requirements

  • Experience : 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Aura Components).
  • Leadership : Minimum 1.5 years of experience leading or managing a technical team in Salesforce projects.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and development best practices.
  • Proven experience in Salesforce integrations, APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and middleware tools.
  • Experience in data migration and ETL processes within Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Deep expertise in customizations, triggers, workflows, validation rules, and process automation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex technical challenges.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders across technical and business domains.

Preferred Skills

  • Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Architect, or relevant certifications).
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
