Online Business Manager (Night Shift | Remote | US Process)

Industry: KPO (Knowledge Process Outsourcing)

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Shift: Night Shift (US Time Zone)

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Key Requirements:

  • Must have excellent US English accent with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in the KPO industry is mandatory.

  • Must own a personal laptop with minimum configuration:

  • Processor: Intel i3/i5

  • RAM: 8 GB or above

  • Teaching, freelancing, or career gaps will not be considered.

  • Notice Period: Less than 20 days.
  • Age Limit: Up to 45 years.
  • Legal Bond: Selected candidates must sign a 1-year legal employment bond and cannot leave within the first year of employment.

Compensation:

  • During Probation (First 3 Months): 6.5 LPA
  • Post Probation: 8.5 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee daily online business operations and ensure smooth coordination between teams.
  • Handle email drafting, client communication, and lead generation for international markets (primarily US clients).
  • Conduct market research and identify potential clients or business opportunities.
  • Prepare detailed business reports, follow-up emails, and performance summaries.
  • Maintain client relationships, ensure timely delivery, and resolve queries professionally.
  • Track KPIs and performance metrics to improve efficiency and results.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in international lead generation, business research, and client management within the KPO industry.
  • Strong expertise in professional email communication and online research.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM tools, lead databases, and digital communication platforms.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently in a night shift environment.
