Remote Sales Intern

Rishikul Yogashala Online is a leading global yoga education provider dedicated to transforming lives through authentic yoga experiences. As part of our growth, we are seeking motivated and dynamic Remote Sales Interns to join our online team and support our mission of making holistic wellness accessible worldwide
Tasks- Engage warm leads via WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, calls, and emails to convert prospects into registrations for online yoga workshops and courses.
- Present and explain Rishikul's yoga programs and services to potential clients in a friendly, consultative manner.
- Assist the sales team with daily business development, including outreach, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM tools and report progress to supervisors.
- Build lasting relationships with clients, answer questions, and resolve basic queries related to registration, courses, and payment.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations team for campaign execution and feedback.
Requirements
- 0-1 years of experience in telesales, consultative sales, or customer service (wellness domain preferred but not essential).
- Strong communication skills in English; fluency in Hindi/other Indian languages is a bonus.
- Empathy, active listening, excellence in relationship-building, and a customer-first attitude.
- Comfortable working remotely and using WhatsApp, Instagram, and basic CRM tools.
- Discipline, target-driven mindset, and ability to work independently.
- Available for at least 3 months, with flexible hours to accommodate global clients.
- Passion for yoga, wellness, or holistic education is highly valued.

- Sales training, proven scripts, and mentorship from experienced professionals.
- Fixed stipend and performance-based bonuses (details during interview).
