Our integrated platform enables our clients to experience a seamless end-to-end supply chain solution. We’re currently seeking an experienced Freight Forwarding Pricing & Operations Specialist to join our remote global team. ✳️ This is a full-time remote role focused on pricing, carrier negotiation, and operational coordination for international shipments. You will work directly with carriers, co-loaders, and overseas agents to prepare quotes, manage bookings, and ensure smooth cargo execution from pickup to final delivery. This role suits professionals who already understand freight forwarding workflows (especially ocean export/import) and can independently handle daily operations with precision and accountability. #Source and negotiate freight rates with shipping lines, airlines, co-loaders, and trucking partners. Coordinate bookings, documentation, and compliance with carriers and overseas partners. Ensure profitability through cost control, margin analysis, and operational efficiency. Maintain shipment data in CRM and TMS systems for internal reporting. #Minimum 3–5 years of experience in international freight forwarding (air & ocean) — pricing or operations-focused. Experience dealing with NVOCCs, shipping lines, and airline consolidators . Proficiency with TMS , Excel , and freight management systems. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
