- Maintain and update customer database with accuracy.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer loyalty.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Make follow-up calls to customers for feedback after sales or service.
- Coordinate with sales, service, and management teams for smooth customer communication.
- Manage customer appointment scheduling and reminders (via calls, SMS, WhatsApp or email).
- Execute customer engagement activities such as birthday/anniversary greetings, festival wishes, and promotional messages.
- Track and monitor customer buying history and behaviour.
- Help in planning and executing customer retention and loyalty programs.
- Maintain records of walk-ins, follow-ups, leads, and conversions.
- Generate daily, weekly & monthly CRM reports for management analysis.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and support improvement strategies.
- Assist with marketing campaigns, events, or feedback surveys when required.
