We are looking for a performance marketing executive who specializes in running paid campaigns with a strong sales focus. This role is not about heavy creative design, but about driving online sales growth through effective ad strategy, execution, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign planning & execution:
  • Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Ensure campaigns are optimized to meet and exceed monthly sales KPIs.
  • Budget management:
  • Manage allocated ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
  • Track daily spend and ensure campaigns stay within budget while hitting sales targets.
  • Sales & performance tracking:
  • Monitor ad performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversions) in real-time.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance against KPIs.
  • Market & competitor insights:
  • Analyze competitor ads and trends to refine targeting strategies.
  • Identify high-converting audiences and expand campaigns accordingly.
  • Work with the content/design team for required creatives (basic visual sense is a plus).
  • Coordinate with the e-commerce team to ensure ad landing pages are optimized for conversions.
