We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, following up with potential customers, and providing information about our tent products and services. The role requires excellent communication skills, customer handling ability, and a positive attitude towards achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company products.
  • Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information.
  • Generate leads, maintain follow-ups, and convert prospects into sales.
  • Maintain customer database and update call records regularly.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with customers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
  • Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (additional regional languages will be an advantage).
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).
  • Persuasive, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
