**Job Title: IT Telecaller**

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a motivated IT Telecaller to assist in lead generation and initial client outreach. You will play a vital role in the sales funnel by initiating contact, explaining services briefly, and booking meetings for the Sales Executive.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Call potential leads to introduce company services

Explain basic information about Website Development and Digital Marketing solutions

Schedule meetings for the sales team

Maintain a daily record of calls and lead status

Follow up with interested prospects

Coordinate with the sales executive to ensure seamless conversion

**Requirements**:
0-2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service

Good communication skills in Hindi and English

Basic understanding of digital marketing or web-related services is a plus

Confident, polite, and goal-oriented personality

Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
