Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Business Development professional specializing in Building Materials and Interiors for a full-time position at our Hyderabad location. The ideal candidate will possess 7 to 10 years of relevant experience. This role involves driving growth, expanding market presence, and establishing strategic business partnerships to elevate our brand in the interiors industry.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong experience in lead generation with proven success in reaching target audiences effectively and efficiently (Mandatory skill).
  • Expertise in sales strategy with the ability to develop and implement plans that drive sales growth and profitability (Mandatory skill).
  • An in-depth understanding of the interiors sales sector with acumen to navigate its challenges and opportunities (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in building strategic partnerships to enhance business relationships and open new market avenues.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM for managing customer relationships and driving sales processes smoothly.
  • Competency in market research to identify trends, new customer needs, and competitive advantages.
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms that align with company objectives and client expectations.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, contributing to collective success while achieving personal goals.
