Job Description

Panache De Interiors is hiring a Vendor Manager to handle Interior Fit-Out Projects and Execution Activities across residential and commercial projects.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing vendors, subcontractors, and labor teams to ensure quality execution, cost efficiency, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, onboard, and manage vendors for carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring, and other interior works.
  • Plan and allocate work to labor teams as per project priorities and timelines.
  • Negotiate rates, prepare work orders, and finalize agreements with vendors and contractors.
  • Inspect and monitor ongoing site work to ensure adherence to design, safety, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and the Procurement team for seamless material flow and work execution.
  • Track vendor payments, material usage, and daily progress to maintain cost and time control.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and handle quality, delivery, or manpower-related issues.
  • Maintain proper documentation of attendance, agreements, progress reports, and payment records.
  • Resolve site-level challenges promptly to avoid work delays.

Qualifications

  • Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or Project Management.
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in interior fit-out, construction, or vendor management.
  • Strong knowledge of finishing materials and execution processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, project management tools, or ERP systems preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
