Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Interior Project Supervisor to join our team in Hyderabad for a Full-Time position. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience, with a strong background in managing interior projects. The role demands comprehensive project management skills to oversee every aspect from conception to completion.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Project Management (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated ability to manage and execute projects effectively from start to finish.
  • Budgeting (Mandatory skill): Proficiency in managing project budgets and ensuring cost efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Vendor Coordination (Mandatory skill): Experience in coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance of materials and services.
  • AutoCAD: Proficient use of AutoCAD software to design and draft detailed drawings.
  • SketchUp: Skills in using SketchUp for 3D modeling to visualize project layouts and structures.
  • Construction Safety Standards: Understanding and implementation of construction safety standards to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Blueprint Reading: Ability to accurately read, interpret, and work with blueprints and specifications.
  • Time Management: Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Supervise and oversee interior design projects from conception to completion, ensuring quality and consistency throughout.
  • Coordinate with client representatives and stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations.
  • Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Engage with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution and compliance with specifications.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
  • Prepare and present project status reports and updates to clients, ensuring clear and transparent communication.
  • Implement project management best practices and seek continual improvement in project delivery processes.
