We are seeking energetic and target-driven Direct/Field Sales Executives for our Madurai region to handle hardware (laptops, desktops, printers, CCTV, etc.) and software sales. The role involves meeting customers directly, handling corporate visits, generating new requirements, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit potential customers and corporates in and around Madurai for sales opportunities.
  • Promote and sell company's hardware (laptops, desktops, printers, CCTV, etc.) and software solutions.
  • Generate new requirements through direct/field sales activities.
  • Conduct product presentations and demos for customers.
  • Build and maintain strong customer and corporate relationships.
  • Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Maintain records of visits, requirements, and follow-ups.
  • Provide regular sales reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).
  • Prior experience in direct/field sales (hardware or software) in Madurai region is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Willingness to travel within Madurai and nearby areas for client and corporate visits.
  • Basic knowledge of IT hardware and software products.
