Job Description:

We are looking for a Bilingual French Professional with strong proficiency in French and English to support business operations, customer communication, and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires excellent communication skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively in French and English through email, chat, calls, and documentation.
  • Provide French language support for customers, clients, or internal teams as required.
  • Translate and review content from English to French and French to English.
  • Ensure accuracy, clarity, and cultural relevance in all French-language communications.
  • Participate in meetings and discussions requiring bilingual communication.
  • Maintain documentation, reports, and records in French and English.
  • Adhere to quality, compliance, and service standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
  • Bachelors degree in Any discipline (Language-related degree preferred).
  • Prior experience in Bilingual roles, Customer Support, Operations, or Translation is an advantage.
  • Strong grammar, vocabulary, and comprehension skills in French.
  • Good interpersonal, time-management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in BPO, Customer Support, IT, Finance, Healthcare, or Sales environments.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, ticketing systems, or translation tools.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts or global team setups (if applicable).
