Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor CNC wire forming machines with precision and efficiency
  • Interpret technical drawings and pre-programmed designs
  • Ensure quality control using precision sensors and reject deficient products
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet daily output targets
  • Maintain safety standards and cleanliness in the work area

Desired Candidate Profile

  • NTTF/Diploma in Mechanical or related field preferred
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in CNC wire forming or spring making machines
  • Familiarity with 360-degree feed box, Japanese motors, and belt drive systems
  • Ability to work with English/Chinese programmed interfaces
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies
