About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced OTC (On-the-Ground Consultant) with strong expertise in the Indian pharmaceutical sector. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional expertise, strong problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to drive workstreams independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and support project workstreams across the pharma value chain based on area of specialization (Manufacturing, Procurement, Regulatory Affairs, or Digital/IT).

  2. Conduct detailed analyses, develop insights, and create implementation-ready recommendations.

  3. Engage with client stakeholders and subject-matter experts to gather information and validate solutions.

  4. Support execution and monitoring of strategic initiatives across the client's operations.

  5. Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and client consumption.

  6. Ensure timely delivery of all project outputs, escalate risks proactively, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Duration: 1 year (extendable)

Capacity: Full time, Onsite

Location: Delhi

Skills Required

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • 5–10 years of experience in the Indian pharmaceutical industry, either in consulting or industry roles.

  • Deep functional expertise in at least one of the following areas: Manufacturing (preferably sterile injectables), Procurement, Regulatory Affairs, or Digital/IT transformation within pharma.

  • Strong understanding of Indian pharma regulatory frameworks, manufacturing practices, and market dynamics.

  • Proven track record of leading project modules independently.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
