We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our IT courses and services, generate leads, and convert prospects into successful enrollments. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through calls, social media, referrals, and walk-ins
  • Explain course details clearly to students, professionals, and parents
  • Convert enquiries into paid enrollments
  • Conduct counselling sessions (online/offline)
  • Follow up with leads and maintain a strong conversion ratio
  • Coordinate with trainers and operations team
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events
  • Maintain lead data in CRM/Excel and submit daily reports
  • Meet monthly sales targets consistently

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • Strong convincing and follow-up ability
  • Basic knowledge of IT courses / EdTech sales (preferred)
  • Ability to work with targets and deadlines
  • Familiar with CRM tools, Excel, and social media marketing
  • Customer-centric mindset

Qualification

  • MBA (Marketing preferred)
  • Freshers with strong sales attitude can also apply
