Atomic Beauty Clinic is a premium healthcare and aesthetic clinic offering advanced skincare, haircare, and wellness services. We are looking for a Digital Ads & Performance Marketing An executive to manage online campaigns, optimize ad performance, and generate high-quality leads across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other digital platforms.
  • Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and lead generation.
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
  • Collaborate with the content and creative team to develop ad creatives, copies, and landing pages.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
  • Implement retargeting and remarketing strategies to improve conversion rates.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising and healthcare marketing.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Analytics
  • .Experience with performance marketing, lead generation, and campaign optimization
  • .Proficiency in data analysis and A/B testing
  • .Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and conversion tracking
  • .Good communication and creative thinking skills
  • .Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
