Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term success.
  • Present and promote company products/services to potential customers.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop lead generation strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain records of sales activities and provide regular reports to management.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
  • Basic knowledge of sales strategies and lead generation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (preferred).
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
