Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive
to join our pre-opening team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials, equipment, and services required for hotel operations—ensuring quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and procure materials, ingredients, equipment, and services as per hotel requirements.
  • Identify reliable vendors and negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure optimal value.
  • Maintain accurate purchase records, supplier data, and inventory reports.
  • Coordinate with all departments (F&B, Engineering, Housekeeping, etc.) to fulfill operational needs efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement procedures, and quality standards.
  • Monitor delivery schedules and resolve supply or quality issues proactively.
  • Support cost-control initiatives and assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of vendor management, market sourcing, and inventory control.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with hotel management systems (e.g., IDS, Material Control) is an advantage.
